| Jobs are posted by employers and we do not make any changes or alterations to any postings. If for any reason a new employer account can not be verified, jobs posted under such company’s banner will be deleted promptly. All jobs posted must be clearly defined. Employer can only select one category for each given job. Email address used for registration must be from a registered company. Employer account with free email address i.e. (email@yahoo.com) is not permitted. Employers receive application/resume from an applicant once a job seeker choose to apply for the job. There is no need of posting employers email address with the job description. This will also prevents spamming by online predators. We will delete any email posted inadvertently with the job description. ----------------------------------------------------------- Employment seekers can: Build a professional resume in 3 easy steps (new) and have their photos attached to it. Information can be copied and pasted into fields. Resume and contact information can be updated unlimited number of times. Can build resume online without having to apply for a job. Employer can view resumes and select a candidate for a position. ------------------------------------------------------------ Employers can choose to have their vacancies active for: - 30 days - 60 days - 90 days After which the jobs are automatically deleted. Employer (recruiter) receives resumes from applicants who apply for the job of their choice. No direct reference to employers website is allowed. Employer can search for candidates who have built their resume online. Search can be filtered by industry, experience, gender, salary expectation and more… Available stats for employers: - Number of candidates viewed the job - Number and information of candidate applied for the job - Resume of applicant We regularly monitor all job postings and if necessary verify job advertising with the company under which the job is posted. ---------------------------------------- Important: Never, under any circumstances send your bank information or make any kind of payment to any person, entity or company that might promise you a job or other in return. We, at DJN never contact you for any of the above or make any job offers in return for a payment. Only Emplyers who are interested to interview you for an available position might contact you for supporting documents. |
